Sylvania Urgent Care
The Sylvania Urgent Care is one option close to the Toledo Center that can provide patients with medical services such as physical exams, laboratory testing, routine medical care and after-hours and urgent medical treatment. It is located at 4405 N. Holland Sylvania Avenue, less than a mile from the Clinic. Medical testing for admission can be obtained by contacting Sylvania Urgent Care at 419-517-0146. Their website provides a list of services provided as well as directions to the facility.
