Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee
In alignment with our founding principle of “We do the right thing”, at Odyssey, we recognize the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace. To that end, the DEIB Committee strives to promote these tenets in all that we do, ensuring our work reflects the communities we serve. Through this committee, not only do we prioritize an environment of respect and collaboration, but we also empower individuals to be their authentic selves.
